What is your refund policy?
100% refund if we have not started filing. Partial refund if the state has accepted but you change your mind within 30 days.
Two scenarios:
If we have not submitted to the state yet
Full refund of our service fee and any add-ons, including the state fee. Request via Settings → Billing → Refund or email support@file.business.
If we have submitted to the state
The state filing fee is non-refundable once the state has it (the state does not refund us, so we cannot refund you). Our service fee is refundable in full within 30 days of formation if you have not used the formed entity (no banking, no contracts signed). Past 30 days, our service fee is non-refundable but we will help you dissolve the entity properly.
Compliance plan subscriptions
Cancel anytime. Pro-rated refund of unused months. We do not pro-rate annual prepay refunds within the first 30 days of purchase; thereafter, full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
