Build business credit. D&B PAYDEX. Experian Intelliscore.

Business credit (separate from personal credit) opens better financing terms, vendor credit lines, and contract eligibility. Building it requires consistent reporting to the major business bureaus: D&B (PAYDEX score), Experian Business (Intelliscore), and Equifax Business. We report your vendor payments and (optionally) help you establish tradelines with reporting vendors.

How it works

How we handle Tradeline Reporting, end-to-end.

Business credit (separate from personal credit) opens better financing terms, vendor credit lines, and contract eligibility.

1

Bureau enrollment

We register your business with D&B (assigns DUNS), Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Each bureau has its own enrollment process; we coordinate.

2

Tradeline establishment

Build initial tradelines: net-30 vendor accounts that report (Uline, Quill, Grainger, Crown Office Supplies), business credit cards that report (Brex, Ramp report; AmEx Business does not), trade vendors that report.

3

Payment reporting

We coordinate reporting of your payment history to each bureau. Some vendors auto-report; for others, we manually push payment data.

4

Score monitoring

Monthly score checks across all 3 bureaus. Alerts on score changes. Identify negative items and dispute when warranted.

FAQ

About the Business Tradeline Reporting Service.

Why do I need business credit?
Better loan terms, vendor lines of credit (net-30 instead of prepay), commercial contract eligibility, leasing approvals, insurance pricing. Personal credit affects business credit but is not the same; banks increasingly look at business credit separately.
How long does it take to build?
6-12 months of consistent payment reporting before scores are meaningful. PAYDEX requires at least 4 tradelines reporting. Initial scores can establish in 90 days but mature over 6-12 months.
What is PAYDEX?
D&B's business credit score. 0-100. Based on payment history of tradelines reporting to D&B. 80+ means vendors typically offer net-30 terms; below 50 is risk-flagged.
What is a tradeline?
A line of credit from a vendor or lender that reports payment history to a business credit bureau. Net-30 vendor accounts, business credit cards (some, not all), term loans, lines of credit.
Which credit cards report business credit?
Brex and Ramp report to business bureaus. AmEx Business does not (reports to personal). Capital One Spark reports to business. Most major business cards do not report by default; we identify which ones do.
Can negative items be removed?
Yes for inaccurate items. Dispute through the bureau (D&B, Experian, Equifax). 30-45 day investigation. Items that are accurate generally stay until they age off (7 years for negative items).
