Yes. Form 941 federal quarterly, Form 940 federal annual, state withholding, state unemployment (SUTA), and any local taxes (NYC, San Francisco, Philly, etc.). All automatic, all on time.
Can I pay contractors?
Yes. Pay 1099 contractors by ACH, generate year-end 1099-NEC automatically.
Multi-state employees?
Yes. If you have employees in multiple states, we register you as an employer in each state and file taxes there.
Health insurance and 401(k)?
